How does VIP work?

Add it at checkout. First month free, then US$20.00/month. VIP is 10% off one-time sale or regular prices, free US standard shipping, and double points. Subscribe & Save does not stack with the 10%. Cancel anytime.

Is there a subscription?

Yes. Eligible items can ship every 2–12 weeks at 25% off regular. That 25% does not combine with VIP 10%; VIP still receives free shipping. Change or cancel in Account.

Can I choose the blends?

SELECT and the SELECT chest mix 20 or 40 crystal pouches from popular blends.

What is trehalose?

A natural disaccharide used in pastry and drinks. It is less sweet than sucrose and helps food stay moist and stable.

Can crystal pouches go in the microwave?

No. Dissolve them in a cup or pitcher. Do not microwave the pouch.

Where do you ship in China?

Mainland provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions except Xinjiang and Tibet. Sorry, we do not ship to Xinjiang or Tibet at this time.
